Project highlights
In this renovation for Avison Young, Kalmia delivered a beautiful new first-floor lobby, reception area, and atrium. Kalmia also replaced the carpet in the second-floor common areas. The majority of the project consisted of atrium renovations, with new porcelain tile, new finishes, and solid surface tops, a refinished stairway, renovated elevator lobby, and glass sculpture. The sculpture was coordinated with an out-of-town artist and arrived in separate parts. Kalmia assembled the layout and drilled the anchors so that the sculpture could be assembled on site.
