Project highlights
This project involved the renovation of a five-story senior living facility originally constructed in 1927. The scope of work included updates to 103 resident suites, each equipped with kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the division of 15 suites to increase overall capacity. Gathering areas were added to each floor to enhance shared spaces for residents. In addition, the lobby, dining room, and kitchen were fully renovated. The existing steam pipe and radiator HVAC system was removed and replaced with individual mini-split systems in each suite.
