Kalmia’s Total Quality Management program is practiced diligently on every project to ensure complete job site security, minimal diversion from the goals set forth and full compliance to the client’ requirements and expectations. The TQM program includes procedures inherent to superior performance on the job such as pre-construction inspections, build checklists and in-process inspection steps.
Kalmia’s size and corporate structure provide a unique advantage to our clients. While the company is large enough to offer it’s clients a single source of integrated construction services, it remains small enough to allocate senior-level project manager to each project. Kalmia is fully licensed to conduct business in the state of Maryland, the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Company carried all required insurance coverage and is bonded to whatever level required for each construction project.
