We were contracted by Circuit City for the renovation of 495 retail stores. We remodeled each stores 6,000 square feet large appliance section into an electronics and software accessories area featuring audio/video equipment and displays. All work was completed within 90 days and within budget. Kalmia still provides service maintenance support to all of the Circuit City store in Maryland and northern Virginia.

Davis Ads was an office renovation brought to Kalmia by WRIT architectural firm. Meticulous finishing and painting made the Davis Ads project an example of our in-house talent as well as out-sourced talent from our selected sub-contractors.
