Boland Headquarters

Boland Headquarters is one of Kalmia’s most recent completed projects. The project was received with great enthusiasm and expectations. Three floors of tenant build-out encompassed the scope of work along with mechanical and plumbing installation. Approximately 65,000 sq. feet was converted into office space for Boland Headquarters. The following pictures are some examples of Kalmia’s capabilities that were exemplified during construction at Boland Headquarters.

The Cleaning Authority
|

With its intricate architectural design, the Cleaning Authority had Kalmia thinking outside of the box. Both creativity and innovation are expressed through out every room of the Cleaning Authority. Kalmia used techniques such as laser cutting for marble and granite floor designs as well as 3 stage painting in the foyer to create the feeling of depth and texture. The Cleaning Authority continues to call on Kalmia for future projects and additions to their building.

Washington Gas
|
|
|
Washington Gas was a tenant fit-out project focusing on detail and finishing. The eatery, Outtakes, involved an intricate mechanical and electrical scope of work. Kalmia took on the job which involved a build-out of a full cafeteria as well as a mini-market. A functional, as well as, aesthetically pleasing eatery at Washington Gas is one of many jobs Kalmia completed within a timely and efficient manner while the building was occupied.

Verizon
|
|
|
The Verizon C-pod project is a 4.5 million dollar interior alterations project endeavored by Kalmia, led by Kelli Hipsley. The project construction consists of 84,000 square feet of existing tenant space within 3 floors in order to accommodate 600 employees. Verizon’s multiple pod renovation is an example of Kalmia’s ability to adapt to complex requests and detailed specifications.

This Retail Real Estate Office in a Trophy Building project located in Virginia, consisted of approximately 10,000 square feet of interior office renovation. Extremely high end fixtures and materials were used.
