BSL labs, Plant Sciences Building, UMD

The scope of the project was to convert the existing office space in the Plant Sciences Building into a BSL, level 3 lab facility. Independent dual hepa-filters and redundant exhaust fans were installed as well as an autoclave. Additionally, the scope of work included partitions, gypsum board ceiling, piping, ductwork, constant volume air valves, fans diffusers, controls, light fixtures, electrical wiring and installation of University-furnished equipment.
