Kalmia is putting the final touches on University of Maryland’s Basketball Performance Center located in the Comcast Center. Over the
years Kalmia has completed over 50 projects for the University of Maryland.

One look at Kalmia’s most recent project in The McPherson Building in Washington DC and you realize that not all tenant occupied buildings are the same. This project, designed by Collective Architecture and leased by Cassidy Turley, is in the Class A McPherson Building owned by ING Clarion Partners and managed by Akridge.
