Upon completion of the project Kalmia’s project team will walk the project with the client/client representative to create a punch list. Once the punch list items are completed the client is provided with a complete project close out package including permits & inspection records, warranty information and operation and maintenance information as well as any additional materials required by the client.

After substantial completion of the project a punch list walk thru will be held so that the owner/design team and Kalmia can agree that the project has been completed per the contract documents and gives the owner/design team a change to point out the smaller items that still need to be completed to everyone’s satisfaction. Once the punch list is completed the job is considered 100% complete and the project enters the warranty phase.

For any equipment installed operation & maintenance manuals will be provided in the project close out book. Client training will be provided for HVAC equipment & systems.
